"O Hotel é uma boa opção na região dos keys, visto que não é tão caro. Estávamos em uma família de 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças) e ficamos em um apartamento de um quarto, enorme. O único ponto negativo foi o horário de checkin (16hs) e checkout (10)."

"We had a great time in Marathon, FL at Manatee Bay. We rented a 24' boat from Coco's boat rental and spent our days in the Florida Bay and Atlantic, exploring sand bars, fishing, and snorkeling or just cruising. We docked our boat and enjoyed the wildlife we saw on a daily basis from the pier, and it was nice to come back to the pool for a relaxing evening. The house is as represented. I believe it is in the process of being updated. There are no overhead lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms...

"This is a nice house and location. I have been coming to the Keys for 20 years, multiple times a year, and this is one of my favorites. "

"This house was the best water front with a pool in the lower keys for the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to booking again. I wouldn’t expect a brand new house and there was some things that were less then pristine about the house but isn’t most things in the Florida Keys. Side note accessing the slips by water is a bit of a challenge. Cudjoe Bay is shallow! 2 houses south has buoys use them and head out that way. "

"Boot Key Bungalow was the cleanest, stylish and most comfortable place we’ve stayed in Marathon over the last 15 years, while coming down for lobstering season.First and most important for our stay was the boat and trailer parking situation. The dock and parking spaces were plenty big enough to accommodate our 28 ft boat and the 30 ft trailer. It was also very convenient to the boat ramp. The bungalow itself had a very cozy indoor space. "Tarpon Lagoon is one of the BEST places we have ever rented thru VRBO. You cannot beat the location, the great pool and dock area, the home with lots of space, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great washer&dryer (really needed by the saltwater) and very responsive owners and caretakers. The unexpected happens and a couple major items needed to be fixed and they were very quickly. "Our family and friends had a great trip. The house is located in an unbeatable location directly on the open gulf. Only slightly critical feedback would be that the kitchen could use a little bit of an update. But I would absolutely return to this beautiful property! Pool and jacuzzi were a big hit! "This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys. We boated to a nearby reef to snorkel with literally thousands of fish, the water that day was crystal clear. This will be our go to home for future stays. As...

"Amazing stay here…. House was very clean, plenty of towels for showers and for pool. Kitchen, if you need it and it’s not there I’d be surprised, plenty of cutlery, cooking utensils, cutting boards galore, blender, drip coffee, blender, even a food processor. Views from the couch, pool or dock were amazing, just sit and watch the boats all day. Also all the pool floats you could need in the garage. "We had such a great stay in this beautiful house in Cudjoe Key. The property was just like the images online and if you walked out about 5 feet, you would be in the water. We used the grill one night, but every night, we sat on the balcony enjoying the view. Great pool in the neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was comfortable furniture to lounge around. Would come back and would recommend. "

"Ryan and bookey lived up to all expectations! Our stay was great and he was very helpful and communicative when we needed some help with docking and the pool. The property was great for our family and offered enough space living and bedroom wise. We will certainly be back!"
