"The property atmosphere is very nice. The tiki bar area had some music playing but it was not too loud so I appreciated that. Conveniently located in the middle of Marathon and easy access off of US1. The only downside I saw was that there did not appear to be space to accommodate a boat or trailer should I decide to bring my boat with me on a future trip. "

"Prime location on water right down the street from Kiki’s restaurant. Close proximity to grocery and other shopping. Negative about property was that you couldn’t turn the air down past 75 degrees and didn’t disclose this information until a few days before check-in. Property had nice big bathrooms and was dog friendly which was great. Would stay again in cooler months."

"This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys. "The house is absolutely beautiful! You cannot beat the location. We met the owner while we were at the gated community and he was very accommodating.
