"The issues we had was the location wasn’t precise. The gate didn’t open with the remote so we were lucky we found someone to help. Roaches in the bathroom. TV remote control didn’t work but the host was kind to bring batteries next day. Bed was way too soft and chair ver unstable. If you want to save money this is your place, if you look for quality is not."

"This was a great stay in a really nice chill location. Vince made everything so easy after meeting us off the ferry and showing us the room. Stocked with everything you need and close to grocery store. Golf cart made it easy to get around small island to visit beaches and some really good restaurants. Met some great people and felt entirely safe and relaxed the entire visit. Definitely a great value and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun and sea. Would definitely consider returning. "

"The condo had all the kitchen essentials. Also the unit came with beach chairs and beach towels. Bed was super comfortable. TV cable went out but the host was super attentive to getting that fixed. The bathroom is a bit outdated. But overall a great value. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Cedar Pines. The owner Elrena was very helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond when we arrived; she picked us up at the airport, took us to the supermarket and gave us tips for readonabke cab drivers. There were a few minor glitches with the wifi and air conditioning but these did not deter our enjoyment of the trip. We particularly enjoyed the pool area wifh the beautiful palms and flowers ."

"Great location right on the beach and many more beaches and attractions nearby. Also restaurants and bars a walk or short drive. Cornell was a great host, easy to communicate with and nearby. House was clean and fully equipped and everything worked. Full kitchen, even full size washer and dryer. House was perfect for a couple."

"We absolutely loved this property. It was enormous with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, wall A/C in all the rooms, parking for our rental car. Communication with the owner was extremely fast and friendly. It was immaculate and fully furnished We went to Nassau to scuba dive with Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas and this property is an easy 10 minute drive to the dive operator. We will definitely be staying at this property the next time we go to Nassau!"

"The road of Goerge Town to get to the property was very bad and rocky so whenever we returned to the property we never went back out. The property itself was nice but the paint in the Airnb was just too dark for me. The host was nice and accommodating. She recommended and hook us up th a boat tour that was the highlight of our trip."
