Located in a chic neighbourhood high above the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim, the country house faces south. It offers authentic Austrian cosiness in a traditional Alpine style, with warm wooden accents, a cosy fireplace, and breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains.

Skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim means more than 103 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, featuring a children's slope, a slow slope, and a snow park. Another ski area in the Carinthian Nockberge is the family-friendly ski area Heidi Alm Skipark Falkert, featuring 12 kilometres of ski slopes that can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car. Also highly recommended is the Turracher Höhe ski area, a snow-sure ski area with 43 kilometres of ski slopes and a snow park measuring 1.5 kilometres in length, located approximately 20 minutes from the country house.

Discover the beautiful mountain world of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Carinthian Nockberge while skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling and/or mountain biking, or relax in one of the two local thermal spas, the Römerbad therme and the St Kathrein therme. The nearby Carinthian swimming lakes, including Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Afritzer See, and Brennsee, in the family sports village of Feld am See, as well asd the public swimming pool in Radenthein, provide much-needed cooling in the summer and can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes.
