"The staff was nice and the location was awesome. The largest complaint I have is the bugs throughout the rooms. We rented 5 rooms for 5 days and there were roaches in 3 of the rooms and some of the appliances did not work in a couple and the curtains were falling down in one and to be honest it really was not as nice as I expected for what we paid. The staff did address all of our complaints immediately so that made a big difference."
