"Not a picky person and only stayed one night. This place is old and is in dire need of some upkeep, let alone upgrades. Not very clean either. "

"Customer service was good... they needed to nickel and dime us for another 30 bucks because of a last minute addition.. so fyi, they do care about how many people are in your room. Would have been nice to have a smoking area somewhere on property... also would have been nice to be told what to do at checkout. I was never instructed what to do with the key, nor given the wifi password. But.. the reason this property gets a 10/10.. was simply do to the showers water pressure. It felt like a fire...

"We had a great stay on March 7th and 8th. We had the corner room facing the shops. It was the first warm weekend of the year and the sidewalks were full of people shopping. My room was clean and the fridge and microwave worked. The bathroom could be nicer as far as the shower stall has some stains but it was clean. The gentleman that works in the office was super nice and check in was easy. Parking garage is small so i would recommend backing into your spot so its easier when you drive out....

"Bathroom was gross, and only conditioner in the wall mounted dispensers and I had to refill the TP. Kitchenette sink did have soap. Otherwise pretty much what you would expect at this price point. Full size refrigerator was nice to have. We were here for one night only, but be aware that if you are planning on using the kitchen there are no dishes,pots, tableware etc. Bring your own. No blankets but the sheets and towels were clean."
