"First we arrived and noone at desk. After about 10 minutes she came walking in from the parking lot where she had just git back from getting food. No problem we all have to eat. After a snippy discussion about if we had a reservation she checked us in. Walked into our room and it was so disgusting, it smelled so bad like piss it was nauseating. "The rooms were dirty, children ran up and down the hallways knocking on doors late at night, and the pool was ice cold. The floor and elevator had water laying without any caution signs."

"Clean, best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a long time only thing the hot tub was out of order but the pool was beautiful even had a little kiddo section. Overall I had a great relaxing weekend and will definitely would go again."

"I really love this hotel, the staff is super friendly and the room is so clean and comfy. The kitchenette is great and I love the big bathroom. Not only that but there is a HUGE desk and tons of outlets. It's bar none my favorite place to stay in CLE. My only small issue is just the amount of cigarette butts near the side entrances. Smokers gonna smoke and that's fine, but just give them a recepticle or something because the butts are everywhere and they track in. Other than that this place is...

"Room was clean , but bath had bad smell , no room service if you are staying longer then one night, mattress had yellow stains under the sheets. Only one elevator was working."

"The hotel is old so don't go in with big expectations but the owner is very present and working hard to get it updated and lively again. I saw someone else write a similar review and thats why I chose it. Keep an open mind for the low price and lets help support the new owner ship.
