"The rooms were dirty, children ran up and down the hallways knocking on doors late at night, and the pool was ice cold. The floor and elevator had water laying without any caution signs."

"No bedding in room for pullout sofa - when asked for bedding was told that they did not have??? then was told that sheets were in the dryer and that there was no one to bring to room ----- ?? Pool closed at 9 PM - not sure if that was the stated hours --- but it did take many by surprise that the pool closed so early."

"While the rate was good, I feel there are still room for improvements. The room was basic but comfortable; however, the shower in my room needed repair. The cold water faucet didn't work, so if you're looking for a hot, scolding shower...that room is just for you! The breakfast was WEAK. I can't remember if it was advertised as continental or not, but you had the option of cereal or toast with either not ripe enough or over-ripe fruit. That was it.
