For more adventure, ride your bicycle along the quiet side street or on the village-long multi-use path to the Avon Fishing Pier, Spa Koru among other shopping and recreation options. From the concrete drive and under-house parking, enter the home into the game room with 8 ft. pool table and 50" flat screen TV above the wet bar with three stools, complete with mini-fridge and ice machine and bar height bistro table with two chairs. An adjacent bunk room provides accommodations for the younger lads and lasses with a semi-private full bath shared with the game room. This queen bedroom has access to a private deck while the other three provide access to the wrap-around mid-level deck. The bubbly 6 person hot tub can be found on the deck outside the king master bedroom. The captain's master bedroom is located on the top level of the home and features access to a private deck, a large flat screen TV with BluRay player and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The great room astounds with high, cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating around the large flat screen TV with BluRay player, and lots of light coming through the many windows.
