The third level great room with cathedral ceiling provides fantastic Atlantic views and abundant space for entertaining, dining, or just relaxing after a great day on the water. Your family will enjoy watching the flat screen TV with DVD. The fourth floor ship’s watch with wet bar, mini-fridge, and private deck will make you the envy of the beach as you enjoy some of Avon's best ocean and sound views. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
