"Aside from a very very very minor hiccup on the first day where the ethernet cable was loose in the cable modem due to broken clip, our stay was fantastic. Our host responded almost immediately when I sent a message about the wifi problem. The house is in great shape and very clean when we first arrived. This is a great getaway that is calmer than the busier locations around the OBX (e.g. much less busy than Nags Head). The Food Lion is a short drive for groceries. There are plenty of local...

"We did not spend the night at this hotel. The bed had dirty, wrinkled sheets with the comforter pulled smoothly over them, there was left over food on the sofa, and bugs crawling across the room. We were the 3rd room to complain and leave that same day."
