"Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t."

"Not sure we’ve had a better experience in a weekend rental. The place was accommodating to our young children with a playroom and many outdoor toys and equipment as well. We brought our own beach stuff but rarely used it! In addition, the cleanliness of the home as well as the thoughtful decoration and labeling of items made us feel like home. "We had a great time! The house is very spacious and comfortable, and more attractive than the pictures. The weather wasn't cooperating the first couple of days and so highway 12 was blocked the first couple of days, but the host Donika and VRBO were accommodating and helped us find alternate places to stay, and we were able to make it work and had a great time. "This house is the perfect place for a week in OBX! Extended family came together and had plenty of room to spread out to have our own space, and more than enough room in the main living and dining areas also! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a large crowd, beds are very comfortable, and the elevator is perfect, especially for getting luggage in and out. The view of the beach was wonderful! Our whole family greatly enjoyed our week here!"

"The property was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very nice to let us know we could check in earlier than expected. However, we were disappointed that it was advertised as close to the water. Unforunately the ocean was at least 4 blocks away. We wanted to stay near the water so we were disappointed that it wasn't anywhere near the water. Everything else was very nice. We didn't realize the second bathroom was outside either!"
