Our charismatic Bungalow 4 is ideally situated a mere block from the sandy beach, making it an impeccable haven for those who wish to bask in sun-kissed days and enjoy the gentle sea breezes under the starlit nights.

Inside, you`ll discover a meticulously designed kitchenette, furnished with essential amenities such as a Keurig, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator to cater to your culinary needs. Unwind by your private fire pit, perfectly accommodating two, and savour your meals outdoor-style with a quaint bistro table set for al fresco dining.

If you`re visiting with a larger group, never fret. Additional bungalows are available through Las Casitas Avila, allowing everyone to relish a group stay while maintaining their private sanctuaries.

In Bungalow 4, convenience meets luxury. One dedicated parking space is provided. Guests are also invited to enjoy the shared fire pits in the picturesque courtyard. For your leisure, two beach cruisers and an array of beach gear are readily available. The bungalow is also equipped with air conditioning, ensuring optimum comfort all year round.
House Rules:

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
Parking: Park only in designated areas as outlined in your arrival instructions.
Care of Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.
Trash & Dishes: Please dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
Safety: Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, or utility systems.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or removal without refund.
