No Hot water third Bathroom
I would like to express my disappointment regarding an unresolved issue during my recent stay at your condominium, which concluded on Saturday, July 26. While the spaciousness and downtown Austin location were excellent for our meetings, and the AC worked fine, we encountered a significant problem with the hot water in one of the upstairs bathrooms that was not handled appropriately.I initially contacted the manager via email at 7:10 AM on July 24 to report that there was no hot water in an upstairs bathroom and that the iron in our facility was not working. Although a maintenance crew replaced the iron on July 24, the hot water issue remained unresolved. I sent another email at 6:49 PM on July 24, reiterating that there was still no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. On July 25, I emailed again at 11:55 AM. The manager responded, stating that the issue had been escalated and a supervisor would handle it. However, at 5:50 PM, there was still no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. I then called and spoke with the manager, informing her that the third bathroom still lacked hot water. She claimed her crew had fixed it and possessed videos showing steam from the shower. I requested these videos, as lukewarm water does not generate steam, making her claim seem impossible. I also suggested bringing in a professional plumber and charging them for the service, but I received no response to this request.Upon checking out on Saturday, July 26, the third bathroom still did not have
