That said, certain things should have been in place such as a chair by your desk- thank you for bringing it to our attention so we can rectify that. Any time on your next visit, please let us know in advance and we will work to get you into a larger room.

Lori, Thank you for your review. We are completing the pool renovation in stages, and expect the new exercise room to be done within 45 days. Louise, We apologize your found the pool area "awful". We are going through extensive renovations on the area. Also, I believe when you were there, we did have a very large group in. The bathroom doors should close all the way and we have addressed that. Please notify me the next time you make a reservation, and as the owner I will personally make sure you have a perfect stay on your next visit.

A perfect score is always our goal and we are glad we succeeded during your stay.

Appreciate the feedback. During this transition period in weather, it is the first time the heaters are being used and apprecite you bringing it to our attention. As a boutique hotel built in 1927, our rooms sizes do vary and are not as spacious as modern hotels. We try to make up in quality what we don't have in quantity. On a future visit, please ask for a larger room and let us know if something is not working properly during your visit- we will take care of it immediately as is our standard.

We found that most guests only staying one or 2 nights do not need a full and complete changeout- so we do give a housekeeping request card at check-in to give you the option. If you were not informed of that, I apologize and will address that with our team.
