This 250-square-foot custom-built 1-bath vacation rental studio with a loft sits far enough from town to offer peace, quiet, and dark skies ideal for stargazing, yet close enough for easy access to local amenities! Start your mornings on the deck with coffee while taking in views of the Scapegoat Wilderness and surrounding ranch lands, or watch wildlife roam nearby. Take a day trip to Glacier National Park, then head home and relax by the fire pit under Big Sky country’s stars.

Perfect little cabin

My husband and I got married in Augusta and stayed at the cabin for the weekend of our wedding. This was the perfect place for what we needed. Very clean and cozy!

Great Stay!

We had a family visit in the area and this little cabin met all of our needs! It was so nice to have a private bathroom and the teens loved the loft upstairs. Our visit had hot days and the cabin airconditioner was a must for a good nights sleep.

Rural respite

Comfortable accommodations. We were visiting the area for two days. We were traveling for about about a week and this was one of our favorite stays. The night sky I’m August was a delight. We were gone most of the day each day and didn’t need to speak with the property manager. This cabin was very near a house but we had no interaction with the homeowners and they gave us our space. So while I can’t comment on actual communication with the property manager, I will say that we were comfortable with the non communication.

Convenient location for access to Sun River Canyon and Bob Marshall Wilderness. If you are intrigued by the tiny house trend, this is a very workable tiny house. Efficient hosts. Clean cabin.

Summer Vacation 2022

The cabin was a beautiful and comfortable base for many planned adventures: fishing. hiking, scenic drives; trips to Glacier National Park, Great Falls, Missouri River, and Lincoln. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay!

We spent our babymoon here and we couldn't have had a better stay. Being 9 months pregnant we were very limited with what we could do but Ralph recommended a beautiful scenic drive along the Rocky Mountains and it definitely was a highlight of our trip! We will definitely be back in the future with the baby!

Amazing Getaway

We loved our time at Elizabeth's Cabin. It was a beautiful little cabin and had everything we needed. Check in and check out were very easy. The views were gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay very much! We highly recommend Elizabeth's Cabin!

Favorite rental of all time!

We absolutely loved our three-day stay at Ralph's place. It was very hard to leave. The space is incredibly cozy and had everything we needed to cook (and grill) our meals. Shower was hot, bed was very comfy and for those of you planning to work from the cabin, the WiFi is probably better than your home network. My husband and I took Zoom calls simultaneously without any issues (from inside and outside of the cabin). The cabin is located close enough to easy access to hiking, but is "out there" enough to watch bison and deer roam the area. We also met Ralph who gave us great food and hiking recommendations. Look no further than this spot!

Spring Time in the Rockies

Our second stay was just as wonderful as the first! Spring time in Montana we enjoyed watching 3 baby colts play in the field just down the road from the cabin. We sat outside the cabin by the fire and watched a new born baby bison calf take its first steps in the pasture next door. Wildflowers were blooming against the back drop of the Rocky Mountains. It doesnt get any better than this! Mary D.

Montana Dream Escape

Though we were very excited to visit "Elizabeth's Cabin" the reality was so much more amazing than our expectations. The cabin itself offered serene privacy and stunning views while being cozy, clean, and presenting a sense of warm welcome. The shower was fantastic and beds were comfy. I loved that Ralph answered all my questions right away and recommended the perfect hike for our family. Everything was perfect! We highly recommend this cabin and will be back ourselves.

Simply Perfect

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We were impressed from the moment we pulled up the driveway. The view is breathtaking. I even looked under the bed to check for cleanliness and was impressed with how clean every corner of this cabin was! The cooking was fun, we even cooked fresh venison over the fire, amazing! We will definitely be back! Thank you Ralph for sharing Elizabeth's cabin!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay to celebrate our 51st Anniversary. Good place for our dog as well as easy to take it for walks. Ralph was a great host and we had a very nice visit w/him. Found plenty to do for 4 days including hosting some friends for a bbq and exploring the Sun River Game Preserve and other nearby places. Definitely plan to go back next Summer.

Delightful in every way!

Our stay at the cabin was perfection! Very clean, new everything, top notch views all around- truly amazing...and little bonus of having some snacks/goodies available for us to eat. Owner was awesome! Very kind and helpful with our questions about the area. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and plan on returning!
