The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances but not conducive to cooking. The sponge for cleaning dishes should be replaced.The bedrooms are very cozy and warm. "The home is lovely, new and clean and very comfortable. Easy to find and an easy trip from Brookline where we were going for a family gathering. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Overall it was perfect for our needs, met all our expectations, and we would happily stay there again and likely will do so next winter when we are back for another family holiday gathering. "
