Renting this property is considered acceptance of the terms of this short-term rental agreement (STR), which is a contract between the property owner and the guest that outlines the terms of the rental for the duration of your stay.

- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Photo ID and guest identity verification required before check-in
- 24/7 outdoor surveillance with audio and video recording active
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay

Please note the following policies:

- No smoking or use of any tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, or vaping devices, anywhere on the premises. Penalty $500/night
- No pets. Penalty $500/pet/night
- No events, parties, or large gatherings without prior approval. Penalty $500/person/night
- Only booked guests allowed -- no additional visitors, day guests, or unregistered occupants. Penalty $500/person/night. Per-person fees apply based on the number of guests booked
- Late check-out without prior approval will be charged at $100 per hour, in per-hour increments
- Non-disturbance: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. No fireworks
- Damages: The owner will deduct costs for any damages from security deposits and/or request reimbursement from guests
- Cancellation policy: As outlined during the booking process

Limit of liability: In no event shall the owner be liable to the guest for any damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings, arising from the use of the rental property, exceeding the total rental amount paid by the guest, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the owner.
