"This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. "This BEAUTIFUL Cottage was the most absolute perfect Getaway for me, my husband, and our fur babies. Thats not an exaggeration either! There is a slightly steep hike down to the cottage. "We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "
