This wonderful home is 10 minutes from UGA campus and serves as the perfect base camp for any sport's game day activities to include a Pre tailgate in the backyard before the big game. Planning a family get together? This house sleeps up to 16 people comfortably.

The Space:
This wonderful brick home is located in a beautifully maintained residential neighborhood. The back yard is fully fenced and the deck is a perfect gathering space. The main entrance to the home is a 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home with updated kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, refinished hardwood floors and owner's bedroom. Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and bonus room with 2 full beds and a twin trundle. The down stairs has the living room, dinning room, and master bedroom. The basement unit has one large room with 2 queen beds, a separate living room and kitchen area that lead out to the back yard. Don't hate on my landscaping- we have put a lot of time into it!!

While we welcome large reservations, we do ask you to treat this house like a home. Our neighbors love that this space can be the perfect option for family get togethers or game day fun, but they also live here full time and do not want to deal with an Animal House

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

Getting Around:
We offer parking for our guests and recommend driving. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well.

Other Things to Note:
Deer have been known to make themselves at home in our backyard. Please keep the gate shut. Thank you!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
