"Check in was good. A little difficult to communicate with the check-in manager but we managed to get everything worked out. The unit was lovely as was the next door neighbor. Parking was a little tricky but we managed to fit into the side space with our Jeep. If you have a larger car, it probably would not fit and you would have to find street parking. We were unable to find street parking while we were there. The small kitchen was perfect and the fridge was nice and cold, not just a beverage...

"Nice place to stay! We were a bit confused on how this place sleeps 4 people, as the couch didn't appear to work as a pull out. But our other two guests were able to drive home and just come for the day. "

"The host was helpful and welcoming. The cottage is quaint with a rustic vibe. Awesome location....walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants but far enough to keep things quiet.Downside was the heater/ac unit was on the loud side.Overall it's a great unit and location."

"We loved this property. Stacia was amazing and responsive. It's close to everything downtown. The property is cool and modern. Parking is close. The beds are comfortable and it has a full kitchen. I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise."

"I love the location. Next to restaurants and a bar right next door. View of the little river from the back deck. You could even go right out the back way and down the stairs.Beautifully decorated and very clean. They even had some beer in the fridge for us! We stayed two week nights and the noise from the outdoor bar directly next did pick up around 9 PM but since all the bedrooms are facing away from that area it wasn't an issue. My son slept in the family room so he reported the noise to me....
