"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns."

"This area of the boardwalk can be shady at night but if you are about the pool and beach its perfect! The staff made it for us. Flora left us towel animals and she was the sweetest."

"I like the property due to the fact that it's spacious and has things for children to do and they also have a shuttle bus to take you over to the boardwalk and bring you back to the hotel as well as different movies for children on a daily basis."
