"Wonderful property in a stunning location. However, so sorry and disappointed to say;
* we were surprised at £2.50 charge per washing machine load - we have never been charged extra for using a washing machine in a property before. You therefore need loose change, if you want to do any laundry
* nowhere in the apartment to hang washed laundry / wet dog towels / wet dog coats (an airer would be useful).
* no dishwasher, so we unfortunately found dirty crockery and cutlery (these are only as...

At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. "This is my second stay at this hotel, and hopefully not the last! The rooms were spotless, facilities are great, top spec bathroom etc etc. The staff are friendly and informative, and to top it all you get breakfast included! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gorgeous hotel to anyone travelling to Lincoln. "

"We had a great stay at The Bentley. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming ,rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and a variety of choice. Very conveniently placed for Cathedral and Castle.
Only one minor complaint the shower was cold running water but the bath was nice. Maybe someone to take a look at this."

When I went to dinner my choice, battered haddock wasn't available, i think on a Saturday early evening this is totally unacceptable.
The shower screen had black mould along the bottom which had been sealed in with sillicon, the kettle lid was broken making a refil almost impossible and the hairdryer had no nozzle to style my hair..
Resulting in "I won't be booking with you again".
