We lived the quiet and the deluxe cabin was gorgeous and very spacious! There isn't a grocery store/mini Mart on site like the description says, but there was close by. Check in was smooth and efficient! The nature and atmosphere is breathtaking!

Bugs in the bed (we received several bites all over), leaking sink and shower, no cell service, tv and WiFi did not work, cabin was left open with key in the table - hosts were nowhere in sight, unsure about check in and anybody could have walked into our cabin

You cant beat the location, literal feet from the park entrance. And the ambiance of a lig cabin is really fun. That being said, the wifi didnt work, the cable didnt work, the office was always closed, and there was no phone signal (that was expected because of location). It meant we couldnt call with questions, call for help, or let them know that they gave us a 4 person cabin instead of a 6 person. There were no workers anywhere. Pretty sure our cabin wasnt cleaned in between occupants, just new towels and made beds. The sink and toilet were dirty, and the bedding positively REEKED of mens cologne. Like gave me a migraine until we left, it was so sfrong. There were cleaners left out in the chairs when we arrived like the cleaner was interrupted andnforgot to finish, maybe. And as a safety note... when you arrive there is no check in. Just a paper on a board announcing names, assigning cabins, and letting you know the doors are unlocked with the keys inside. As a woman, its not my favorite thing to walk into a dark cabin that i know has been unlocked and unattended all day. NOT SAFE. And bring flashlights... the cabins are so poorly lit you cant see the numbers on the remote (which doesnt work anyways) or read a book. You wont have internet like youre supposed to, so bring a game or something for evenings.

Cute cabins. Very eclectic and the floors are not level, however we enjoyed the short stay. Paid for a queen bed abut was placed in a double.

I think we were the only ones at the motel that night. It was during the winter. We arrived at 6:30p and there was no one at the office. A note was tacked to the wall with our room number and instructions. The door to our cottage was unlocked with our key inside. Our only issue we had was the inability to connect to the wifi.

The place is very nice, but it is very dirty. The bed had someone else's hair. It was very dirty. The bed is not comfortable at all. It needs a little updating. The staff is very friendly!!

I arrived at 5:10 to the property. My husband & I took our bags in & were going to freshen up before going to dinner. We both used the restroom, the room was freezing, he seen trash next to the bed. I looked & seen it, so i pulled the covers back as well to check the bed. The comforter had stains like it had not been washed. It looked like semen, on the under blanket there was hair and pulled that & the top sheet down & moved the pillows, upon doing so seen rat poop. After that looked under the bed by where the trash had been (I took a video & pictures) my husband moved the bed & my lord! Tons of rat poop & more garbage. Like it ate through sugar packets. Also on the dresser next to tv coffee grounds were all over. There was no service to contact the front desk. Connected to the “wifi” that had no connection.we loaded our things back up stopped by the front desk nobody there, once I got service I called and spoke to the gentleman who left me a message earlier in the day about leaving the key for me. Expressed everything and told him I just wanted to be refunded & I could send in the videos & pictures. He was a but aggressive & wanted me to go back, I had him on speaker (my husband heard him & said it was weird). By this time we were 40 mins away driving closer to our destination. Ultimately the guy on the phone said I didn’t pay him so I had to go through hotels.com. I did but wanted to let the property know prior. So currently waiting on a resolution.

Everything was great, it was a last minute booking and they handled it with ease. Cabin was clean, warm, and in a perfect location. Only thing I’d recommend is a couple gallon bigger water heater or in line water heaters. Hot water ran out fast

No wifi, bed not comfortable, old carpet not cleaned. Very misleading in the add. Rot in the bathroom sink cabinet. Very very disappointing. Unsafe conditions with fireplace. Needs a grate to keep embers from melting carpet

Stayed there a couple nights, the TV didnt work, the bathroom fan was connected to the bathroom light switch and the motor for the fan was going out so its extremely loud when you use the bathroom in the middle of the night. My bed was propped up on some wood shims because its been broke before. You hear people walking down the hallway due to the walls being paper thin. The TV blocked the microwave and refrigerator so its very hard to get to the appliances to store food or heat anything up because one you get past the TV then you have to climb over all the wires connected to the TV. It wasnt all negative. The bed is comfortable, heater worked very well, and no bed bugs.

Uninvited rodent in room
Cabin was musty. Dark. Cold. Location did not have good internet or cell connection. A sign indicated a severe water shortage that may result in no water, so we were afraid to shower WORST part was the sound all night of rodents or squirrel in ceiling. In the morning we discovered the rodent had been in the room and chewed through a bag of trail mix. We left a note but have not discussed with management. This is unacceptable accommodations.

Schade das man keine Bilder hochladen kann. Hatten eine Deluxe Hütte gemietet, so ein verdrecktes Loch habe ich noch nie auf meinen Reisen gesehen. Als Plus war dann auch noch das WLan nicht verfügbar. Abreisen bzw. eine Vollmodernsierung wäre angebracht. Achja die Matrate war ein großer Schaumstoffklotz, reingelgt eingesunken und weitere Bewegungen waren nur unter Kraftaufwand möglich, einfach Wahnsinn. Ohne Witz, in der Nacht war ich beunruhigt, dass Ratten in der Hütte sein könnten. So ein ungudes/ekliges Gefühl hatte ich noch nie auf Reisen. Fazit geht bitte dort nicht hin Vorsicht Vorsicht. Wir hatten Hütte 9........

Looking at property is very nice but our deluxe cabins were very dirty had to clean the toilet just to be able to use it. couldn't use the refrigerator it was so dirty, had to wear shoes the floor was so bad . Had to put pillows in window in bathroom and bedroom for privacy. Internet and TV didn't work and power went out of one cabin and had to get ready and pack to leave in the dark. People were nice but the rooms were so dirty we won't be back.

Großartige Nähe zum Nationalpark, nur wenige Schritte vom Eingang entfernt. Die Hütten sind optimal für ein romantisches Getaway - kuschelig warm und dennoch nicht ganz ohne Luxus. Das WLAN war wohl kurz vor unsrem Besuch erneuert worden und lief sehr gut. Leider sind Supermarkt und Restaurant etwas weiter weg. Eine Empfehlung ist jedoch das Wildberry Restaurant, ca 5 Minuten Fahrt.

Animals woke us up as they ate our food! Not exactly what you expect at a hotel. Staff responded promptly to relocate us to another room (without wildlife)

Very Quaint Real Log Cabins at the gate into Mt. Rainier National Park! They are typical classic cabins with old furniture and a small bathroom but that's what makes it so special. You get the true feeling of staying in a rustic cabin but with modern amenities like wifi and a big 50 inch flat screen TV, fridge & microwave.

I will stay again
Friendly staff, nice bed, great location. Having Wi-Fi and TV was very nice. This is the perfect place to start and end a few days of adventures up Mt Ranier. The only inconvenience is lack of stores nearby. You’ll need to show up stocked on your own or drive to Ashford for very basic goods.

The sheets were dirty on both beds when we arrived. It was too late when we got there to let them know before going to bed. Easy check in, closest access to the park that you could ask for, everything else was good.

First, the positive. The lobby staff was wonderful (Stewart & Edison). And it was right at the entrance to Mt Ranier NP. The room itself was adequate. We had a "attic" hotel room. It was spacious, but the floors were not level, doors were not square, and the molding, etc. looked like they were constructed and painted by a 3rd grader. For example, there was cardboard (which they painted) on a door to make it close properly. But the beds were comfortable. I did not dislike the place, just trying to give a realistic review.
