Upstream Bachelorette Oasis - FULLY FUNCTIONAL water & power

River Arts District, minutes away from Downtown Asheville. Spectacular Modern Eco-friendly house with a hot tub and spectacular mountain views. Designed for large groups and special occasions. The home over looks the French Broad River and the Biltmore Estate.
The home is close to everything Asheville has to offer. This house is directly across from the French Broad River, Carrier Park, bike paths, the green way and a boat ramp. There are also outdoor activities just next door at Climbmax.

Since COVD-19, our cleaning crews have adopted the following:


1. Changing from eco-friendly cleansers to Clorox bleach products, then a final Lysol attack of all contact points on entire property post bleach treatment. 2. Airing the house out with blower fans and open doors and windows prior to cleaning and during cleaning. 3. Replacement of home air filter between each stay. 4. A guarantee that no known persons testing positive of COVID-19 have stayed in the house or on the property. 5. Door knob patrol! All door knobs inside and out will be cleaned first with a bleach spray and then finished with a topcoat of Lysol. 6. Taking all linens off site to have them professionally cleaned with bleach. 7. Down comforters and quilted top comforters taken off site to have cleaned with bleach after every stay.
8. Hot tubs are emptied, scrubbed and disinfected between each stay.
9. A new UV light system is used with the HVAC between visits.

One of a kind experience and host

Me and my 10 friends stayed in this wonderful bachelorette house. Not only is the view from the deck beautiful, but the house is literally equipped with everything for a bachelorette party. My theme was "girls gone mild" and the spacious rooms, numerous places to sit and hang out, and individual make-up wipes in each of the bathrooms felt like this house was made for a bunch of adult women to hang out. The walking path for the French Broad River is literally steps away from the house so absolutely take advantage if you're into early morning runs. Uber XLs are a little bit difficult to come by, but plan accordingly and you won't have any issues. I also need to specifically applaud Jay, the most wonderful host I have ever experienced in any vacation rental home. A few of our girls ended up being stranded when the airlines delayed, delayed, and eventually canceled their flights. Jay, with no questions asked, let the girls stay an additional night. Never ever did we expect such kindness, and for that, this will always be a trip we will remember with fondness. Thank you for allowing us to stay in the beautiful space. It's truly worth it!

Amazing Wedding Stay!

We rented three of the Upstream Way condos to accommodate our family for our sonā€™s wedding and had a fabulous stay! The units were clean, well stocked, and very spacious for our group of 40. Jay and Sarah were wonderful and extremely responsive before and during our stay. Highly Recommend!!!

Perfect Spot for a Large Group

There are too many good things to say about this property! So clean! So spacious! Great location! The photos online don't do it justice honestly. We rented this house for a bachelorette party of 11 women and everyone absolutely loved their stay. At first, some of the women had sticker shock with the nightly rate, but we each had our own bed and there were beds to spare! Plus the 5 bathrooms made getting ready stress free! The multi level layout of the house made it feel like everyone had plenty of privacy. When we had a small issue, and contacted Jay, he came right over to help! The property management staff were quick to respond, easy to work with and beyond kind to us. I will definitely be staying at their properties in the future! If you are on the fence about renting one of these properties, do not hesitate! I promise it is worth it!

Bachelor weekend in Asheville

We stayed there with about 15 guys and everyone had plenty of space, the house was huge and very clean, the outdoor spaces were fun, and it is on a street with other similar homes hosting large parties so no one was bothered by any noises we may have created. The hosts gave us plenty of info and checked in multiple times to make sure we were having a great stay and if we needed any recommendations. Would definetly recommend to a friend going ti Asheville with a large group.

It was the cutest place and the perfect spot for our bachelorette group of 20 girls there. The owners were very quick to respond each time I reached out, extremely friendly, and helpful. You get a good leg work out with the stairs, :) but the design of the house is so fun!! The outdoor space with the couch and hot tub were awesome. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Wonderful stay & property in Asheville

We had a wonderful time and experience staying at this house in Asheville. The house was large, clean and the modern appliances and feel was unlike anything else we could find in the area. Check-in process was easy. We enjoyed the hot-tub and multiple outdoor decks as well.

Awesome spot and host!

Brought 10 guys here to celebrate a bachelor weekend. The pictures don't do the house justice - it's gorgeous! Comes complete with every amenity you'd need in a vacation home. It's a short (7-8 mins) uber ride to the heart of downtown Asheville. The owner, Jay, stopped by during check-in to ensure we had everything we needed and was very responsive before, during, and after the trip when we realized we'd left a few items behind. He and Lesley were prompt in their responses and arranged for us to grab our left behind belongings, ASAP. Thank you, Jay, and team for a great stay - we will definitely be back!

Bachelorette house!

Amazing house with great views! More than enough room for everyone to sleep and hang out! Such a great location to downtown but also easy to do things outside of Asheville! Many things were provided, especially in the kitchen, made it very easy to cook on vacation. HIGHLY recommend larger groups to stay here! Jay was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful when needed. Canā€™t wait to come back for another stay with the girls!

Christmas with friends

We had three families totaling 14 people and the house was great. We walked in and saw that Jay out-up a Christmas tree and had the home ready for us to celebrate. We all had plenty of space and easy access to all of the great things to do in Asheville. We will definitely be coming back.

Highly Recommend!

The Bachelorette is a beautiful modern home with all the finishes. It is perfectly situated right outside of downtown Asheville across from the French Broad River. It is a close walk to the greenway and within a short drive to tons of hiking trails. We loved the openness and modern boho decor throughout. All levels were spacious, well appointed for family-fun or a group get together. The hot tub is awesome and has mountain views!!! Jay made our stay seamless and was the most gracious host. I would highly recommend this airbnb.
