The Space:

Welcome to your serene Asheville escape, a 4-bedroom home blending comfort and luxury, nestled in the picturesque North Carolina mountains. This inviting space has been designed with families and large groups in mind, ensuring a memorable vacation experience.



Main House: - BDRM 1: The California King bed, cozy couch, TV, and ample storage make for a comfortable and restful stay. - BDRM 2: Enjoy scenic mountain views from your Queen bed, complete with a TV for your entertainment. - BDRM 3: Sink into a deep sleep in the peaceful ambiance of this Queen bedroom. - Living Room: Unwind with a sleeper sofa, Murphy bed, and TV for evenings filled with entertainment.



Garage Apartment: - BDRM 1: This versatile space above the garage features a King bed and a sleeper sofa that converts to a Full bed.



Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, essential cooking appliances, BBQ grill, and a dining area seating for all guests. Spend quality time with provided board games, puzzles, and small children's toys, and savor the outdoors in the private 6-person hot tub, cozy fire pit, and serene covered front porch. Amenities include fresh linens, hairdryer, toiletries, central heating/AC, and essentials to make your stay effortless and enjoyable.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire house, outdoor spaces, hot tub, and apartment. Please note that the garage is not accessible. Check-in is a breeze with self-check-in using a smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the safe, friendly, quiet, & peaceful neighborhood while still being minutes from Gerber Village, restaurants, shopping, groceries, movie theater, and more.



Getting Around:

Car is recommended. Uber/Lyft are good options to avoid downtown parking. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.



Other Things to Note:

We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
