The master suite, situated on the first floor, also features a desk and chair, creating a perfect workspace with high-speed internet for anyone in your party that needs to be productive.

There are three full bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom in the main floor master bedroom features heated floors and a luxurious tiled shower. The second full bathroom on the main floor also includes a tiled shower and is accessible from the hallway. The third bathroom downstairs is spacious and includes a shower as well, offering plenty of room to get ready comfortably. Our bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and premium bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

-Parking is available in the driveway, with space for up to five cars.

-We know a vacation just isn't complete without your furry friends! We warmly welcome up to two pets per visit, as long as they are well-behaved and weigh no more than 60 lbs each. A pet fee of $75 per pet applies, which allows for the presence of your pets at the property.

*Renting this home will show acceptance, adherence, and agreement to ALL of the rules below.

House Rules:
1. We observe quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.

2. Guests must read, comprehend, and sign the Liability Waiver sent upon initial booking.

3. Kindly ensure the fire pit is completely extinguished after use. Additionally, please refrain from disposing of any trash in the fire pit.

4. This is a NON SMOKING home - absolutely no smoking inside the home or on the property (Additional fine of $250 will apply if smoke is detected)

5. No PARTIES/EVENTS.

6. We’ve partnered with Superhog, a trusted platform specializing in risk management for vacation rentals. You'll have the option to either select a security deposit or a damage waiver at a minimal fee. Many of our guests prefer the damage waiver, as it offers peace of mind in case of any accidental mishaps during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation as this helps us keep our property safe and welcoming for everyone!

7. You may use the indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit at your own risk. Always exercise caution, and ensure that an adult over the age of 25 is present while using these amenities.
