Family + Dog Friendly 3BR House, 3 Mi to Downtown

Summary:

Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and room for 8, just 3 miles from downtown Asheville. Every bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Out back: a covered porch, fire pit, and gas grill. Inside: a full kitchen with coffee provided, board games, washer and dryer, and central air. Traveling with little ones? The pack 'n play, high chair, and baby gates are already here. Dogs are welcome too. Self check-in, driveway parking for 2, and easy access to I-26.



The Space:

Whole house, two floors, nothing shared. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 8.



MAIN FLOOR

Open living room with a large flat-screen TV, board games, books, and a queen sleeper sofa. Dining table and a full kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee maker (coffee provided), toaster, kettle, wine glasses, and the pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper you need to cook a real meal. Half bath on this floor.



UPSTAIRS

Primary bedroom: queen bed with its own full bathroom, large closet and dresser, mounted TV

Bedrooms 2 and 3: a queen bed in each, sharing a full bathroom.

Closets, dressers, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets.



OUTSIDE

Covered porch with outdoor furniture for morning coffee or dinner outside plus a gas grill to BBQ. Fire pit in the private backyard. The yard is not fully fenced, so plan on a leash for dogs who like to wander.



FAMILIES

Pack 'n play, high chair, and baby gates for the stairs stay at the house. The Silverline Park is within walking distance and is currently being rebuilt after Hurricane Helene.



THE BASICS

Wifi, central heat and air, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and all linens and towels provided.



Guest Access:

The whole house, porch, and backyard are yours, and nothing is shared. Self check-in with a smart lock any time after 4 PM. Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Checkout is 10 AM. If you need to drop bags early or leave them after checkout, just ask.



The Neighborhood:

You're on Asheville's north side, 3 miles from downtown. Riverside Rhapsody Beer Company , Pennycup Silverline, Iron and Oak Brisket Co. are all within walking distance from the house. The Botanical Gardens, Richmond Hill Park, and downtown's restaurants and music are a short drive. Biltmore, the River Arts District, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are all easy drives.



Getting Around:

You'll want a car. The driveway fits 2 vehicles and I-26 is close. Uber and Lyft both run to downtown.



Other Things to Note:

Rental agreement and ID: this home has local compliance requirements, so every booking needs a signed rental agreement and ID verification. After you book you'll get a link to Happy Guest. It's a secure website, not an app, and you don't create an account. It also opens your guest portal with everything about the house and our favorite local spots.



Dogs: $25 per dog, per night. If Airbnb doesn't add it at booking, we'll send a request through Airbnb for the difference.



Cameras: two exterior cameras, one on the driveway and one at the front door. They record only when motion is detected.
