"We had a great stay! The family room we had was massive and perfect for what we wanted. It was very, very hot in the room with no way of cooling it down! We really struggled to sleep. We were given 2 fans, but they just blew the hot air around, it was unbareable. BUT because it's an old building we understand there is not a lot that could be done and they can't help the weather, but maybe portable air conditioning units might be worth considering. Also we had problems with the TV, we...
