Casa San Remo is in a central location in the famous holiday resort of Ascona with partial mountain views and a private garden. The lake and centers of Ascona and Locarno are only a few minutes away.

Some properties are "hidden" in Ticino, street names are not always written and GPS coordinates sometimes direct you to the property from the wrong side, so you cannot park and unload. Therefore, please be sure to take the directions you received with the payment confirmation.

Casa San Remo is a modern apartment that is perfectly located in Ascona and is only about 100 meters from the lake, promenade, restaurants, etc! There is a Migros across the street and a bus station outside the Residenza San Remo!

Casa San Remo has a large, bright, open dining and living area with a comfortable sofa and TV. The living and dining area open onto a comfortable, sunny, enclosed winter garden (not heated, but can be completely opened by sliding the door panels). There is also a separate outdoor terrace with a large dining table.

Enjoy long summer days with your gas barbecue and private garden!

The kitchen offers plenty of space, is modern, and comes with all the necessary appliances.

Casa San Remo has two large bedrooms, each with a double bed. The master bedroom has a door leading to an outside terrace with a table and 2 chairs.

The main en-suite bathroom has a shower and a bathtub combination. The second bathroom has a shower.

Casa San Remo includes one parking space in the underground garage and a common storage area for bicycles.

Connections to public transport are nearby making Casa San Remo suitable for vacation guests who arrive by public transport.
