"We have stayed here before and loved it so we booked again. This time we got a room on the first floor next to the ice machine. A wedding party was going on which was excessively noisy but honestly the ice machine was the bigger issue. Couldn't Believe it was across the hall from us. To top it off the TV they were having issues so only had 4 tv stations. Again nice hotel and great location so don’t look past it just make sure your not next to the ice machine or first floor."

"traveler beware: we were not informed until the day before our nonrefundable reservation that there is MAJOR construction going on, most amenities are closed (gym, restaurant, lobby) and the noise is quite bad. i would consider another spot. on the bright side, the construction that has been completed (room update) was decent for this product line."

"Breakfast buffet and the lovely staff who stocked it were wonderful! The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating and were so sweet to my granddaughter when they found out it was her birthday. My only negatives - I had a five-night stay and never got housekeeping service. So had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. The air conditioning unit in the room was sporadically super noisy and the light in the bathroom would flicker and flash."

"Enter the lobby and you are overwhelmed by a spray air freshener! Like getting sneezed on by a bathbomb! Horrible Manger was rude and not helpful! I arrived to check in and there weren’t any rooms available! I asked how and she just said we ain’t got no rooms….I had to scramble to find a place to stay that weekend! Will never return or recommend!"

"The staff was definitely not helpful. I called multiple times on different days and would never receive an answer from the motel staff. They did in fact pick up the phone one time and without even saying hello they hung right up. I asked Expedia to help me and the business did not answer there calls either. When I got to the hotel for my stay the one person was outside smoking and on the phone and we had to wait for him to finish and come back in to check us in. I picked a non smoking area since...

"Booked this hotel as it included breakfast and looks nice in pictures..arrived at the property and was very disappointed..smells odd, very old rooms, sheets are rough and makes your skin itchy, found hair on the bed and in the washroom floor..bed room floor was dusty and couch was dirty..buffet breakfast as mentioned was a grab and go breakfast which was a stale apple, melted granola bar and hard bagel .. no coffee available. Worst experience!"

"The room was clean despite a musty smell. Check in was a breeze. The AC units are new, and they had to send maintenance up twice to make the rattling stop on the one in my room. After the second time, I asked if there was another room available and the manager John was very snippy when he told me they were sold out. Overall the experience was okay, the management staff should really take a breath before they talk to customers like that. The maintenance man was the nicest staff member I dealt...
