"The house was as advertised. Neighborhood is quaint enjoyed our morning walks to the lake. We were visiting our son at UCONN and location was convenient to campus, the Hartford football and basketball arenas (15 minutes to all). "We stayed here for UMass Family weekend which is about 40 minutes away. The home is beautifully decorated (many indoor plants), very well-equipped and has wonderful outdoor landscaping. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need. David is excellent for communication and the on-site manager Willy is equally as fantastic. I’d honestly give the experience 10 stars. Everything was so easy, we would definitely stay here again!!"

"The rental was neat, clean, and efficient. Megan gave excellent detailed directions on parking and accessing the house properly.The recent 20" of snow at the time of our visit in a cute closely knit neighborhood definitely could have made things a challenge but everything had been cleared out well. "It fitted it our needs as our staff needed a place to stay for our 4 day event. We didn't do any cooking even though it was a pretty nice kitchen. We could your typical street sounds but it was easy to tune it out. I would definitely stay here again if we have another large scale event to attend!"
