"No hot water. They never told us prior to check in. We had no hot water from Sun 6/21-Tues late evening 6/23. Checked out on Wed 6/24. The bar only could serve canned beer or canned wine. The restaurant was closed. They did give us 50% on the first 2 days. However their price was higher to begin with than Expedia quoted! I’m still confused over the charged amount. Imagine taking cold sponge baths at the bath room sink on your vacation. This was a let down and we always dreamed of staying there...

"I only stayed two nights but they were good! The first night our bed broke and we got an excellent upgrade! The pools were nice I wish the outside one was a little warmer! And I never woke up for breakfast lol"

"There are maintenance company needs to stay on top of it. Broken telephone, no utensils, second degree burning hot water, broken hair dryer...to name a few. Other than that staff was very friendly and helpful and excellent. Staff even gave us a discount on our stay because of the issues with our room. I'll give it a three on cleansliness. We had to wipe down the switches in our room refrigerator handles microwave. Our broken telephone was very grimy, and there was a pubic hair on it. Cleaning...

"We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon."

"The property was clean, updated.love the kitchenette. The staff was very helpful especially Ben and his wife. Just had a hiccup on upstairs neighbor they are loud but after complaining to the management they we're able to resolve the issue. All in all, my husband and I had a wonderful trip. This hotel is near the beach just a block away, even we don't have a view but the beach and boardwalk is so close to the hotel. Nearby restaurants too. Definitely would love to go back."

"Beds were uncomfortable and never stay in bed with wheels. Definitely needs updating throughout the condo. Kept tripping on area rug around main table. Carpet was raised on ends and did not lay flat."
