"This was a pleasant hotel near the Arroyo Grande Village. Near enough to walk to and explore the surrounding neighborhood which is very charming. The swinging bridge is nearby. Our hotel room was generally clean. Although the remote control and the door knobs needed a good wiping down. I am immunocompromised, so I notice these things. "I had had a delay in my connecting flight and it would be necessary arrive later, after the normal check in time. So I called the hotel explaining what's going on and that I would come later and the owner was very comprehensive and wait for me until 3 AM."

"Had a wonderful stay for a weekend family retreat with adult children and our dog. The place was well furnished with quality bedding and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and treats. Location was central and convenient with the Arroyo Grande village nearby, Trader Joe's, and freeway access to hikes, golfing, and beach. It was nice having a small backyard for our dog. Complex was very quiet. Electric car charger was a definite bonus. Would love to come back for another stay."
