Only a 10 to 15 minute drive to beaches and only a 3 to 5 minute drive to 3 golf courses including award winning Monarch Dunes, Cypress Ridge, and Blacklake. Located in the quiet country area of Arroyo Grande, this 2 bd., 1.5 bath home is perfect for couples or families. Spacious, quiet and clean and we have included everything we could think of for you to have a stress-free and fun visit; including the softest of beds and linens, a fully-stocked kitchen, games, cable tv and beach gear.

Two large bedrooms and full bath upstairs, with extra queen sized futon bed in master room to sleep 6 comfortably. Large backyard with BBQ, patio set, and tiki hut with benches surrounding a firepit so the whole family can sit around the fire . Full sized cooler, boogie boards, beach towels, and lawn chairs.

We love pets, but we have had some inconsiderate pet owners so we are needing to pre-approve all pets before booking. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Please send an inquiry BEFORE booking with the type of pet you have. Dogs must be over 1 year, fully potty-trained, does not bark or chew, and does not shed. Also, dogs must not be left alone at the property unless crated. Thank you!
