"The room was in good condition, and was extremely thoughtfully put together. Charleen prepared nicely for our arrival, sending us messages about what to expect, and even stocking the fridge with snacks and homemade muffins. Our only complaint about the cottage itself had to do with the water system. There is only one setting for the shower- which is uncomfortably hot, and only one setting for the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom- which is uncomfortably cold. "Fantastic area in the Swan/Sunrise area with great views of the Catalina Mountains. The weather during our two-night stay was perfect for outdoor dining at nearby pubs and restaurants.The directions to the property were clear and the location felt very safe. My mom accidentally knocked on their door and they were very understanding and nice about it. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Loved it. "
