The apartment is the only building on a one way street upstairs a very steep flight of steps that can be difficult for anyone to get up to. The apartment smelled of must and was very hot. There was no a/c except for one's in the bedroom window which werent even turned on and it was June. The sheets on the beds were stained and didnt not look clean. There were not enough...

I had never received the email with the entry instructions (it was sent I just never got it for some reason), so when we arrived to the house at 8pm we could not get in.
