Dear Thank you for your message. Our hotel has never had a dinner restaurant (we only serve breakfast), there are still many restaurants located close to the hotel. For example bistro Millefeuille is only 30 seconds by foot because it's located right next to us. Our bar is now an honesty bar where you can grab your drinks whenever you would like (even when our reception is closed) or during the time that the reception is open, we're happy to serve you your drinks. Afterwards, you can pay everything at check-out. We're happy to serve you your drink next time and help you book your dinner. Warm Regards,

Dear madam, We are sorry you didn't appreciate the breakfast. I would like to highlight I absolutely do not agree with your comment. Our breakfast costs 18 Euro, which is a reasonable price for a full buffet in a boutique hotel in Belgium knowing that we offer a wide variety of fresh products, warm and cold. About the coffee: everyone has his or her own taste, which is valid, but we have a very upscale brand of coffee, being LAVAZZA!!!! That you don't like it is your right, but it is not correct assuming that your personal opinion is actually a fact. By buying Lavazza we assume we are doing our best to offer standards high enough to our guests. We have freshly scrambled eggs on the breakfast (which we scramble ourselves), it seems acceptable to 99,9% of the guests that they have to boil the eggs hard (7 minutes) or soft (5 minutes) to their own taste. You are actually the first guest every making a comment about that. I suggest that for your next journey in the Antwerp region you pick another hotel as clearly there was no match between you and our hotel. Let's not try a second time than... Yours truly

Geachte mevrouw, heer, Dank om ons uw mening te geven. Dat is voor ons altijd een opportuniteit om de wensen van onze gasten beter te leren kennen en ons te kunnen verbeteren. Ik wens echter met klem tegen te spreken dat het ontbijt sober was. Het is een uitgebreid warm en koud buffet, waarin we aandacht geven om zowel zoete als hartige dingen aan te bieden. Misschien kan u ons per DM meegeven wat u graag extra zou zien op ons ontbijtbuffet? Dan zullen we zeker overwegen om dat aan ons uitgebreide gamma toe te voegen. De inkleding van de ruimte hebben we samen met een interieurarchitect gedaan en we merken dat deze aan het overgrote deel van onze gasten bevalt, maar iedereen heeft uiteraard een andere smaak. We begrijpen dat een decoratie, zelfs wanneer deze met veel liefde is gekozen, niet aan iedereen kan bevallen. We excuseren ons voor het probleem met de verwarming op de kamer. We hebben het meteen laten nakijken door een technieker, zoiets mag inderdaad niet gebeuren. Met vriendelijke groeten,
