  • Boasting spectacular sea views, in a coastal setting, this holiday property is the perfect spot for a relaxing seaside break.. Boasting panoramic views over the village roof tops, and overlooking the Firth of Forth across to North Berwick, The Isle of May and Bass Rock, this detached cottage is the perfect location where friends and family can spend time together.

    Seaforth View is a bespoke, architecturally designed holiday home, which is full of space and light. The spacious open plan kitchen/dining room is ideal for everyone to sit down together and plan your adventures for the day. You can enjoy an afternoon in the upstairs living room enjoying the beautiful seascapes and if you are lucky, you may even spot passing seals and dolphins. Alternatively, head outside and enjoy a quiet drink in the south west-facing garden.

    Situated in the quiet conservation village of St Monans, with its historic buildings, quaint lanes and streets, this location is perfect for exploring. The property is situated just a short walk away from the harbour side, where you will find an award-winning café and a seafood restaurant, which overlooks the sea and harbour. The Fife Coastal Path runs through the village, with historic castles, pretty fishing villages and many award-winning sandy beaches and coves to visit along the way.

    This area is famous for its golf, with more than 40 golf courses in Fife - from the famous fairways of St Andrews to several traditional links courses and beautifully landscaped parkland and heathland courses. Beach 250 yards. Shop and restaurant 300 yards, pub 2 miles.. Ground Floor:

Had a wonderful time in Seaforth and will definitely return. We love the village but, at the beginning of the week, some local restaurants are closed. Not a problem for us as we bought delicious fresh seafood from the local suppliers and cooked it ourselves (in the well equipped kitchen). But maybe an issue for other guests. H excellent accommodation and Kristina was an excellent host. Fantastic trip and we will definitely be back.

Excellent location with great sea views. Felt really clean and safe during these Covid-19 times. Ideal holiday home for our extended family with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Little garden out the back was a bonus. Only minor blip was lack of parking by the front door, but we were able to drop-off and pick-up before parking along the adjacent street. Location meant you were no more than 5 minutes from a great beach in Elie and only half an hour from St Andrews. Would certainly recommend to others. Seaforth is a beautiful house with stunning views over St Monan's and the Firth of Forth. It is bright and spacious and was very comfortable for our stay - we were 6 adults and their was plenty of room for all of us including a lovely little garden with outside furniture which we were able to use when the sun came out. This is the best kitted out house I have ever rented, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses along with every kitchen utensil you will ever need. This is a lovey, bright, spacious house with fantastic views over the harbour and the Firth of Forth beyond. It has a very private, sheltered garden. The doors opening to the Juliet Balcony are a bonus for fresh sea air and gives you the sound of the sea and twitter of the birds in the garden. Very comfortable and a kitchen with all you need for self catering on your holiday. St Monans itself is a beautiful village and handy for the Fife Coastal Path. The kirk a landmark.
