The timeless retro-style layout comprises of an open plan lake view living room featuring a flat screen TV, a dining area and terrace access, a separate fitted kitchen, 2 flexible bedrooms and a retro-fitted shower room.

The lovely private lake view terrace is equipped with an alfresco dining set and a pair of lounge chairs. Guests enjoy access to the resident lakeside garden with shared boat mooring facility, communal outdoor swimming pool and a private parking space.

The lakeside residence is situated along ‘via Libertà’, 4 minutes’ walk away from an authentic Italian Pizzeria and a 9 minutes’ walk/ 2 minutes’ drive from the local ferry stop. The holiday home is also 8 minutes’ drive away from the visitor amenities and the ‘Rocca di Angera’ tourist attraction of central Angera. Please note that the pool is open from the 28th of May 2024 to the 15th of September 2024
