This quaint, A-frame cabin is ideal for travelers wanting seclusion and easy access to plentiful outdoor activities. Centrally located yet out of the way in a natural forested setting, this rental is under two miles from Alyeska Resort, where you'll find world-class skiing, scenic summer tram rides, and fine dining. In the summer, hike the spectacular Crow Pass, Iditarod, or Winner Creek Trails into surrounding glaciers in the Chugach National Forest, and then end the day by soaking in the hot tub. The lovely furnishings and personal, artsy touches make this cabin classy and cozy. Reserve this cabin today and get ready to explore Alaska!

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The owner installed a new hot tub with a privacy fence in the fall of 2024.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place! Beautiful location, great view, cozy cabin with all the necessary amenities. The hot tub smelled a little funny but that didnt stop us from enjoying it! Not sure if thats the normal smell or someone has fallen behind on cleaning.The worst part of the trip was dealing with vacasa. I do not care for their customer service and dislike supporting their company.It is really a special spot and would like to stay again-- would love to do so without having to deal with vacasa. Very cozy, great location and felt very private. Kitchen was very functional, and radio with local radio station was a great plus! Hot tub was clean and made for a relaxing way to watch for the northern lights or the next snowstorm.

We arrived at the cabin, and the road to the cabin wasn't well-maintained. So we had to park down the hill and carry our things up the icy hill. Once we arrived, we found that the property had not been cleaned. There were used towels in the bathtub, tampons in the trash, used dishes on the counters, and the bed was slept in and not made or sheets changed. We called and received a refund.

Place was nice and had all the things needed for 2 people. Kitchen supplies were better than most places with all upgrades pots and pans and utensils. Ladder might be a problem for some getting up to the loft for some. Only complaint is the door code was malfunctioning and had to wait for a back up person to come and open the door with a key from the key lock box. 1.5 hours to get in. Owner does not need to have a 10 digit code to open a door. In all my travels 4 to 5 code is efficient. And male sure batteries are fully charged at all times on the security lock.

Very cute cabin, has a hot tub on the back porch that was not full when we were there, but it would be very nice I’m sure. The ladder is steep as the listing states but it’s nothing to worry about if you have good balance and don’t sleepwalk. We would definitely stay again. Hopefully the hot tub would be operational next time.

Beautiful cabin in the woods. Clean and nice. A couple of things to know about this place is the only access to the loft is climbing a steep ladder and also, the automatic lock was malfunctioning and you had to try more than 4 times to open the door.

This cozy little cabin had everything we needed. The Jacuzzi was out while we were there but, the Nordic spa was just down the road. It was a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back.

The locale is great. However, when we booked it we booked it with a hot tub. There is even a hot tub in the picture. When we asked, we were told by vacasa that we should have been notified of the change. They admitted that they didnt notify us. We asked for a partial refund. They wouldnt because they said we had paid the no hot tub rate. The front stoop was thick as 5 inches in ice. They said it should be cleared before we arrived. They said they would clear it. They also said they provide a shovel for us to use when it snows. It did snow but no shovel. Someone did come but all they did was put some gravel on the ice. When we went to cook, black smoke billowed from the oven setting off the fire alarm and it was stinky and pretty nasty. Make sure you have a vehicle since you are required to take your trash down to the recepticle located .9 miles from the cabin.
