"Cute house, very new, immaculate condition, with everything we needed for a weekend stay visiting my daughter in college. 6 of us to stayed 2 nights with plenty of room. The master bedroom just lacked space to put clothing/suitcase etc, since the master closet is locked for the owners items, so all of our items had to sit on the floor. Perhaps a nice shelf like one of the other rooms had would be a nice addition or a suitcase "holder." It is close to the road but the back is private with a nice...

"We were in Lynchburg for our son’s wedding. The location of the house was great. It was close to downtown and everything we needed. The house itself was awesome. It was a great sanctuary to come back to. Great place to relax and enjoy the pool. House was roomy and had everything we needed. "

"Becky is a lovely host. She was very responsive, quick to troubleshoot, left a very gracious welcome basket with munchies for each night, and a warm welcome card. She even checked in a day into our stay to see how things were going. Everything was as described. The bed was very comfy and she had a wide variety of pillows to choose from for personal comfort. Location was great between downtown Lex and BV. Will stay again left time were in the area. Thank you, Becky. "

"This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement. "10/10 stay! This place blew us away. The photos really don’t do it justice. We rented the Upper Barn for our wedding weekend and hosted our rehearsal dinner welcome party here, and it was perfect. Justin was wonderful to work with, super helpful with the booking and catering process.
