POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: This industrial experience will NOT be for everyone, especially those looking for total quiet. You will hear the sounds of trains going by, construction forklifts beeping, etc. The factory works through the night. Some nights are more noisy than others, and unfortunately this is out of our control. Sunday nights tend to be the quietest as often the factory is off work!

Our family lives nearby and is not usually bothered by it, but we realize it's not for everyone, particularly if you're a light sleeper. The caboose has sound-proofing and double layers of insulation around the bedroom area, and we provide a white noise machine and portable fan for your added comfort.

*You must be 25 years or older to reserve James Station.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: If you have more than 3 in your group wanting to stay, we also offer a 1 bedroom apartment AND a separate 5 bedroom home nearby that you may rent in coordination with your stay.
