"The hotel is very well located (walking distance from the main historic street), clean and comfortable (large bathroom and really cozy room). Breakfast was very good in quality and quantitity. Loved the complimentary bike and backpack, which I used everyday and thoroughly enjoyed. "Property is amazing and home renovation and condition was outstanding, unfortunately we went on a cold weekend and the room was freezing (60°F) with no way to adjust temperature. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. These conditions resulting in almost no sleep."

"Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity. "
