"The view from the patio is stunning and is setup for relaxing and dining. The property needs some attention though and a good thorough cleaning. We found it necessary to wash all of the dishes and cookware we used as it did not appear clean. The stairs to access the property were a challenge for some in our party, others enjoyed the challenge and the reward of the view. If you stay at the property, access the property by taking the long ramp from the train station and climb up the steps to the...

"Toller Gastgeber.

"We made the difficult decision to leave this property before spending even one night there. Our experience started badly when the host, who lives in another part of the property, greeted us with obvious frustration because she had waited about 30 minutes for our arrival. We had been driving from Florence and kept her updated throughout the trip with our ETA based on traffic, so this was not the welcome we expected.Once inside, we discovered that two of the four bedrooms are completely separate...

Principais avaliações de hotéis - Ameglia

The Poet Hotel

10/10 Excelente

NH La Spezia

10/10 Excelente

"We had a problem with our reservation during the checkin. It seemed that the NH hotel system and Expedia system “did not communicate”. So, although the hotel Front Desk could see that we had payed for the reservation, it was not on its system. Nevertheless, the Front Desk staff did its best to solve the issue. We stayed in a standard room in the first night, although we have paid for premium. But the hotel offered a dinner for me and my wife. From the second night on, we were moved to the premium room. Things like this can happen. What makes the difference is how they are handled. And the hotel staff handles it in the most efficient way."

Locanda Valeria

8/10 Bom
