"Definitely the cleanest VRBO home we’ve ever stayed in eve down to the baseboards. I wish the yard was more private with covered space to enjoy the outdoors in the rain but still had a nice setup. We got to see deer right across from us. It was a great stay. "

"Great value for the price! The owners are super responsive to any questions you may have, and it’s a relaxing location. Others have written about the compost toilet - just be prepared for a new experience! Also, I’m 6’ and bald. I had to wear my cap indoors to keep from scraping my head on the low edging. Another just FYI."

"This is a very special place, like stepping back in time, absolutely gorgeous decor and grounds, every detail lovingly cared for. The bed was super comfy, immaculately clean throughout house. The breakfast was amazing, berries and pears from their own yard, hosts super nice. Have not stayed anywhere that felt more like a memorable experience vs a room for the night. Will definitely return if in the area."

"The hotel was beautiful and room was clean. Hot tub was very dirty with heavy foam and the foam had brown matter. I look forward to using hot tubs and this was a scary experience."

"The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I loved the hot tub. The 2 staff members I interacted with were very courteous and helpful. The outside of the hotel looks a bit old but the inside was nice and up to date."

"They were doing construction on the pool until 10:40 pm one night and 11 pm the next it’s the first time in my life where I didn’t get any sleep at all. I will never stay at this place ever again."

"Only thing I didn't care for was the placement of the smoke detector in the room, opened the bathroom door after taking a shower 🚿 and it set off the smoke detector every time 😮 all weekend.... and room I was in had no bath tub, shower 🚿 only but plenty of hot 🔥 water.... otherwise everything was good 😊 and all staff were helpful when needed...."

"I was hopeful this stay would be nice because it was rated as "Very Good", but I was very disappointed. Everything was extremely dated and the carpet was so old, I kept my shoes on in my room. The air unit in my room was so loud, I couldn't have it on while I slept. I was also kept awake by highway noise, even late at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself was not worth the money."
