"Clean and spacious room. Ample parking near door. Just a couple of steps from the car down to the room. Very quiet and peaceful. This stay was a Thursday. We required a microwave. I rang the number on hand and the reception was closed for the day. It was 5pm. We had seen some staff cleaning other rooms on arrival. We went and asked if they could help. Which they did. A microwave was brought to our room quickly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"Beautiful place with spacious well appointed suites. The food was amazing! Close to all the top spots in The Hunter. Our only disappointment was that the amazing hospitality stops at check out time, no ability to organise a late check out and when we wanted to ride their complementary bikes after check out for the afternoon we were told there would be a $100 charge (they did give us one hour for free though) For the price of this accommodation those little extra value adds would have made the...

"Unico ponto fraco, no check in a demora e não ter quem ajudar com as malas até o quarto , 5 famílias fazendo check in e só uma pessoa , ela foi atenciosa , mas faltou personalização pelo hotel que significa, mas em geral um ótimo hotel é bem aconchegante, volto com certeza "

"Este hotel é muito limpo, quarto e banheiro bonitos, internet wifi rápida e preço razoável na região do Hunter Valley. Fica em frente a um Big W e a um Woolworths e a uns 3 minutos de um Target e de um Coles (todos esses supermercados são walking distance). Fica também a uns 15 minutos de carro de Polkobin, onde ficam a maior parte das vinícolas. Tem bastante vaga na frente do hotel. Recomendo 100%"

"We had a fabulous weekend with our beautiful Airedale. The location is amazing, with views over a lake to the mountains. We loved the airy room, with polished floor and lovely bathroom. So quiet, but handy to wineries and the freeway. Our weekend at tonic was a real tonic away from the city!"
