"When this reservation was booked it was for 2 rooms with 2queen beds and 1 room with a king-size bed. We go 3 rooms with king-size beds and that made the arrangements for us very awkward. Because we had to 16 year old boys who had to shar a king-size bed. We had a mother and daughter and another 15 year old girl, who had to share a king-size bed, This was not acceptable. However, we had no choice but to take them because this hotel and all others around were full."

"We were not told the elevator was not working until after we checked in. It created a big challenge to getting our luggage in and out"

"We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch."

"We stayed for a the state tournament champoinship. The lobby was nice and clean and he pool looked nice. One of the elevators were broken but things happen. When we got to the room, we noticed what seem to be dog hair on some of the counter tops and more on the window, dog food under the table and browned tags from clothes behind the door as if there for a while. Also the following day after cleaning service, we noticed a used what seemed to be a zen pouch (tobacco product) in the lounge chair...

"This was the worst hotel room I've ever been in and every time I seen something wrong i wrote it down is come out to like 20 problems and when we told the owner at the front desk he said just try it in a different plug and that's FIRE HAZARD!!!!"

"The property was recently acquired by new owners, and this information was not provided by Expedia. No sign on the building outside made navigation a little difficult. No water in the pool made for unhappy children. Onsite gym out of order. Room smelled musty, but the A/C worked. Mold in shower and on curtain. My family’s rooms had major issues, such as leaks, faulty key card readers, and broken A/C units. I was lucky. The breakfast was the best part of the stay, and the staff was very helpful...

"If you need a sleep and a shower and can stand a little grundy, heavily worn, old hotel w new paint/appliances....it will do. "

"Pleasantly surprised. Place looked newly renovated. Staff was super sweet! Quiet room! Would definitely stay here again. Lots of places to shop nearby."
