"I knew it was downhill when I couldn’t even get into the room. The door was jammed. Had to have the front desk staff open the door. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean! Hair all over the toilet seat. Sitting water and soap scum in the bathtub. The lamp bases were dirty. Just overall a very dirty room. I’m very disappointed with my stay. The other reviews were misleading. The staff was pleasant the only good thing about this stay."

"Staffing was exceptional but the room could use thorough cleaning techniques and sanitation and a few updates. I did not get a chance to try breakfast. Overall the stay was average. Maybe add some sound proof walls. (emphasis on soundproof)! "

"I don't think I have stayed at a worse hotel. I feel bad saying so because the few front desk ladies I spoke with were nice, and tried to help where they could. Phones that were present in the room's do not work (in any room). The elevator was down throughout the two night stay - which negates my need to book an accessible room for my father. The blanket was filthy. And the sofa covered in mystery stains along with a lovely yellow stain on the actual pull out bed. Also the dirty curtains and...
