Was an average hotel, with a sub-par overall experience:
Upon check-in (and needing anything) the staff is almost never attending the front desk; Youāll need to dial a number on a phone sitting on the counter - even if theyāre sitting 10 feet away, watching TV in the back room. And when they come to assist, it feels like you (their guest) is a big inconvenience.
I had this experience at check-in, also when we needed new sheets. We had to ask for new sheets, because sheets on one of the beds appeared to be stained from a previous guest. Then what I was given, was another pile of crumpled sheets - I had no confidence the new sheets were washed, as they made no attempt to even have them folded.
The breakfast was also a sub-par experience, one or two selections of cold cereal, and milk and OJ in pitchers, which looked rather old.
